Souvlaki Kabobs

  • Pork, Water, Sugars (cane sugar, corn maltodextrin), Spices, Salt, Modified corn starch, Dried garlic, Dried onion, Pork stock, Citric acid, Natural flavour, Rosemary extract.

  • i. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Place the kebabs in the pan. Do not overcrowd. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until brown and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

    ii. OR place kabobs on a foil-lined cookie sheet and roast in 400°F (200°C) oven for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Let kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with rice or in a pita/bun with Tzatziki sauce, chopped tomato and chopped onion.

    iii. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.

  • i. Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)

    ii. Let the pork kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with rice or in a pita/bun with Tzatziki sauce, chopped tomato and chopped onion!

    iii. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.

  • i. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not too crowded. Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)

    ii. Let the pork kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with rice or in a pita/bun with Tzatziki sauce, chopped tomato and chopped onion!
