Sliced Peameal Bacon

pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Rolled in cornmeal.

i. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add oil to lightly coat the pan. When hot, add slices and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
ii. Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve peameal bacon as a tasty breakfast side or in sandwiches.
iii. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.
