Pork Stir Fry Strips

Pork, Water, Canola Oil, Sugars (Brown Sugar, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Cane Sugar), Modified Vinegar, Salt, Dried Red Bell Peppers, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Yeast Extract, Dried Leek, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Spices, Sea Salt, Ascorbic Acid, Dried Chives, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Pork Stock, Rosemary Extract.

i. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
ii. Add the marinated pork to the hot pan in a single layer. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the pork is browned and cooked through or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
iii. Optional - In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until they start to soften. Add broccoli florets, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
iv. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.
