Honey Dijon Fillet

  • pork, water, sugars (honey powder, cane sugar, sugar, glucose solids, maltodextrin, natural honey flavour, sea salt, salt, mustard seeds, modified corn starch, spices, dehydrated vegetables (red and green bell pepper, garlic, onion, chives), pork stock, ground mustard, natural flavour, dijon mustard powder (vinegar, mustard, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spices, natural flavour), rosemary extract, calcium silicate.

  • i. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pork roast onto a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    ii. Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favourite sides or thinly sliced on a sandwich.

  • i. Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat. Place pork roast on the grill and cook for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  • i. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place roast in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

    ii. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favourite sides or thinly sliced on a sandwich.
