Herb & Garlic Whole Tenderloin

  • Pork, Water, Sugars (Corn maltodextrin, Corn syrup solids, Cane sugar), Salt (Salt, Sea salt) Herbs (Dried chive, Dried parsley) Dried onion, Modified vinegar, Modified corn starch, Natural flavour (Garlic, Roasted garlic), Spices, Dried garlic, Pork stock, Rosemary extract.

  • i. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Sear tenderloin in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer tenderloin to a foil-lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    ii. Let tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your favourite sides.

  • i. Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat. Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

    ii. Once cooked, let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving
