Herb & Garlic Flattened Tenderloin

Pork, Water, Sugars (Corn maltodextrin, Corn syrup solids, Cane sugar), Salt (Salt, Sea salt) Herbs (Dried chive, Dried parsley) Dried onion, Modified vinegar, Modified corn starch, Natural flavour (Garlic, Roasted garlic), Spices, Dried garlic, Pork stock, Rosemary extract.

i. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Sear tenderloin in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
ii. OR Roast tenderloin in 350°F (176°C) oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
iii. Let tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing across the short side. Serve hot with your favourite sides.
