Pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium bicarbonate, Sodium erythorbate, Sodium nitrite, Spice extractives, Paprika extract.

i. Place roast in a large pot filled with enough water to fully submerge the roast. (Optional- add seasonings like bay leaves, peppercorns, and garlic to enhance flavour). Bring water to a boil over high heat, then reduce it to a gentle simmer.
ii. Cook for about 60-75 minutes, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
iii. Once cooked, let roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve the tender pork cottage roll hot with sauteed cabbage and mashed potatoes or on crusty buns with mustard.
iv. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.
