Chicken Stir Fry Strips

Chicken, Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Paprika, Sugars (sugar, corn syrup solids), Irradiated dehydrated garlic, Onion powder, Modified vinegar, Yeast extract, Guar gum, Xanthan Gum, Lime juice, Irradiated spices, Natural Flavour.

i. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
ii. Add the marinated chicken to the hot pan in a single layer. Stir-fry for about 6-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
iii. Optional - In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until they start to soften. Add broccoli florets, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
iv. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.
