Chicken Stir Fry Strips

  • Chicken, Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Paprika, Sugars (sugar, corn syrup solids), Irradiated dehydrated garlic, Onion powder, Modified vinegar, Yeast extract, Guar gum, Xanthan Gum, Lime juice, Irradiated spices, Natural Flavour.

  • i. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

    ii. Add the marinated chicken to the hot pan in a single layer. Stir-fry for about 6-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

    iii. Optional - In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until they start to soften. Add broccoli florets, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

    iv. Cooking times may vary with different appliances. Adjustments may be necessary to achieve desired results.
